  I had a fantastic experience with Kyra at Charlotte Tilbury in John Lewis. From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and provided expert advice without ever making me feel rushed. Kyra was particularly helpful with colour matching, taking great care to find the perfect shades for my skin tone and explaining the products and techniques she was recommending. Her product knowledge was excellent, and she made the whole experience enjoyable, informative, and personalised. Nothing was too much trouble, and her genuine enthusiasm and professionalism really stood out. I left feeling confident in my purchases and delighted with the service I received.   I went for a quick and easy make up, the artist was lovely and informative. Her name was Emma, she help me find my right shade for my skin tone and skin preparation. Highly recommended for people who are new to make up or for ideas. The products are amazing. Just unfortunately for me I had a bad reaction to the moisturiser as my skin is sensitive 🥺 but everyone different.

  Popped into store (John Lewis Nottingham) this morning - looking at foundations as my go to brand for 15 years has been reformulated - Holly came up to help me - she offered to colour match me - then offered to do my face using the Charlotte tilbury products - explained each product as she went along. Honestly the results are amazing and holly went above and beyond to help me ! She even gave me some samples to try at home along with a list of products used ! Thank you so much holly really lovely experience xx
