  I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a watch from AP House Manchester, and I can honestly say the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by a warm and friendly team who immediately made me feel at ease. A special mention goes to James, the manager, and Hannah, both of whom were outstanding throughout. Their knowledge, professionalism, and genuine passion truly set them apart. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all my questions with patience, and made the entire process feel personal rather than transactional. The level of customer service I received was exceptional! Purchasing a watch is always a special occasion, and thanks to James, Hannah, and the team, this one was made even more memorable.   I recently had a fantastic experience at AP House Manchester, and I honestly couldn’t fault a single part of the journey. The customer service was first-class from start to finish — professional, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Every step of the process was explained with complete clarity, making everything feel smooth and effortless. What truly stood out was how efficiently everything was handled, resulting in the delivery of two stunning Audemars Piguet timepieces in a remarkably short space of time. A huge and heartfelt thank you to Hannah, who went above and beyond in every possible way. Her knowledge, care, and genuine passion made the experience exceptional — she made everything feel personal, special, and completely stress-free. James is also outstanding, but Hannah truly set the bar for what luxury customer service should look like. An exceptional boutique with an incredible team — highly recommended.

  Went in and the security was lovely but the member of staff I dealt with was so incredibly rude I sat down with her today and immediately noticed she was judging the way I looked as I was wearing jogging bottoms a Nike shirt beanie scarf and a puffer coat, granted it’s not the most formal wear but it’s winter I want to be warm and comfortable. After discussing what watches I already own that include the like of limited edition Rolexes, cartiers and some regular pateck philipes I could tell she didn’t like me maybe it was because of my buzz cut when she asked what watches I wanted to try I told her 3 different styles of Royal Oak one of which was on display behind her that she insisted she couldn’t show me after saying I’d like to buy one of the watches she showed me I was informed I wasnt allowed to purchase it due to me not being known to the brand which I understand as I’ve gone through the same procedure with Rolex and Cartier however when I asked what watches can I walk out with today she said “I don’t want to sell you any watch just so you can buy the Royal Oak as it may be someone else’s faveroute watch” how can you be in sales and tell the customer you don’t want to sell to them else she knew NOTHING about the watches not the power reserve or the number of positions tested or how often I should service them saying “ just Bring it in if it’s broken. needless to say I will never buy an ap from them because I won’t be judged on what I wear not when I walk in with an already £30k watch on and be taken for someone who can’t afford them sorry AP but you have lost a customer

  Beautifully designed botique for true AP enthusiasts. It’s well worth the wait for any visitors. The staff are equally impressive particularly Hannah. The work ethic to make dream become reality deserves enormous credit. The boutique also seems to appreciate/understand & look after enthusiasts. AP as a brand is uniquely special in many ways however the most credit goes to staff (Hannah) is a huge asset to this particular botique with the extremely high level of professionalism and most importantly the customer care/attention to detail with an honest/transparent approach. I do look forward to my next visit and would highly recommend.
