  I’ve been in the store twice now and each time Alberto has been incredibly kind, conversational and helpful. His knowledge on the product and history around the designs is phenomenal that you do feel like you are investing in a piece of history. I feel really seen as a person and not just a customer, someone experiencing Valentino and not being pushed to just buy a product. If ever anyone was part of a brand family then this was it. Honestly beyond happy with my experience.
