  Lovely staff and very helpful, the whole experience was ruined however by the security guard belittling me and making me feel immediately unwelcome when I entered the store. Vacheron Constantin need to think about how having employees like this reflects on their company. Disgrace!

  I guess not all boutiques are as friendly as others. I was in Edinburgh a couple weeks ago and stopped in the VC store. I told the sales lady that I just wanted to browse but she insisted I sit down and try on several watches. She was so friendly. Well, skip to this week when I was in London for 24 hours for work. I stopped bye the store on Old Bond and couldn’t get past the doorman. I explained I had walked 30 minutes to see this location and just wanted to browse the cases for a few minutes and that there was no need to bother a busy sales person but he refused to let me in the door without an appointment. I was told that Vacheron didn’t play games like AP and Patek but I guess London didn’t get the memo.

  Disappointing service. I ordered a half link for my VC and customer service could not care less to reply to my emails or pick up the phone. More than 6 weeks passed and still chasing the whereabouts of this link. Very poor for a luxury brand
