  Amazing experience at Tiffany & Co. at Harrods Fine Jewellery boutique. I was warmly welcomed by Esme and Kate, who provided outstanding customer service and excellent product knowledge. I was initially just browsing different brands, but their professionalism truly convinced me to consider Tiffany & Co. Highly recommended!

  We were trying to find our wedding bands in Tiffany’s. It was the most unpleasant experience we have ever had at any Tiffany’s branch ever. We felt that the salesperson talked over us, did not listen to out concerns and desires and summed up the consultation with “you can buy it online”. If someone turn’s up in a shop, the last thing they want to be told it to just purchase it online. I must say, won’t be returning to this branch. Other branches have been more helpful and generally pleasant.
