  I had a wonderful experience at Chaumet! A big thank you to Gracie, Luke and Robart, who were all incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me in choosing the perfect wedding band. A special mention to Gracie, who kept me regularly updated on my order throughout the process. She was reliable, attentive and always made me feel reassured. I really appreciated her excellent communication. The whole experience was smooth, enjoyable and personal, thanks to such a lovely team. I highly recommend Chaumet for anyone looking for their wedding jewellery!

  Last week, my partner and I visited Chaumet to get our couple rings, and we had a wonderful experience. Robart provided us with very attentive and patient assistance throughout the process. He was especially professional in help finding the right ring sizes for both of us. To better match my partner’s ring, he also kindly helped us adjust the engraving font. We were also touched by the lovely Mid-Autumn Festival mooncakes gifted to us. Many thanks to Robart for making this experience special.

  A big thank you to Mr. Robert Nikolchev for being so helpful during my visit. I needed a small adjustment to my piece, but I only had a few hours before my flight. Robert personally took it to the workshop, waited for it to be done, collected it himself, and made sure I had it back in time before I had to leave. I really appreciated how much effort he put in and how attentive he was throughout the whole process. He genuinely went out of his way to help, and it made my experience at the store even better. Thank you, Robert!
