  I brought my watch in for a battery change and to have the straps changed, and Robart was incredibly helpful. He showed me different straps that would work with my watch and explained how to care for the strap I already have. I was able to pick up the watch less than a week later. In addition to changing the battery, they’d polished it and they did an amazing job.

  Fantastic experience buying 2 lovely friendship bands from Chaumet. Robart was fantastic, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He made the experience really special and we’d highly recommend. Follow- up service also exceptional.

  I had an excellent experience purchasing from Chaumet. I dealt with Ozan, who was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. Communication was smooth, the service felt very personal, and everything was handled with great care and efficiency. Truly luxurious customer service that made the experience special even from a distance. Highly recommended.

  I had a wonderful experience at Chaumet. Mr. Ozan helped me explore the Bee de Chaumet collection and was incredibly kind and patient throughout. I had the opportunity to try some of their best sellers, and he thoughtfully shared styling tips on how to wear the pieces. I also found the history behind the maison truly enthralling. He ensured I received all the details I needed and even had them sent to me afterward. The overall ambiance of the store is elegant and chic, making the entire visit feel special. Mr. Ozan was very accommodating of all my requests, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time exploring the store.
