  My sis in law and me had such a great experience at Charlotte Tilbury!! Iveta, wo was looking after me, was so lovely. She talked me through each step of the makeup as she was applying it and explained everything in a way that was really easy to understand. She listened to what I wanted and made sure I was happy with everything along the way. I never felt rushed at all and I came away really happy with my makeup and also feeling like I’d learnt some new tips and obvs I got some great new products☺️ Thank you so much, Iveta, for making the whole experience so lovely. You were amazing! 🩷

  My makeup artist Iveta was so lovely and kind. I explained quite early on that due to not accepting blue light at Peter jones I probably wouldn’t buy anything there as can get 20% off in stores and she did not push me or seem disappointed. The appointment was thorough and exactly what I wanted- can’t believe it was free! I love CT products and this has just solidified my love for the brand. Thanks Iveta xxx

  Rosita, one of your lovely makeup artists continues her customer service outside of work. I met her on the tube recently and asked her where she had her makeup done, as it was flawless! She was carrying a Charlotte Tilbury tote bag and was so smiley, warm and friendly. She represents the brand so well!
