  Terminal 5 - 24th May (around 7.45am) Waited for a little while to be served as I wanted someone to advise on concealer. The girls there looked like they were faffing around, looked at me but didnt acknowldge me but served others. I went away to get some perfume and came back but the girl serving didnt even acknowledge me, I didnt have time to wait any longer as my flight was boarding so i walked away and paid for my perfume at the self check out. Its a shame, you lost out on the sale and added commission from my perfume. Need training on customer service.

  Greg at Terminal 3 Charlotte Tilbury helped me out. He was super nice and i bought every single item he recommended for me. He was able to pick the right shades for me instantly. He didn't rush me and was very sweet and patient with me. If you are dropping by the kiosk at Terminal 3, I highly recommend you see if he is on duty.

  I'm sitting in terminal five waiting for my flight . I just spent some time with Ellie . She did a glow and go on my face , explained all the steps in such a great way . She's super informative , 110% behind the brand , in 15 mins i looked and felt better ... I travel through Heathrow a lot - next time we will do make up . She's a gem . Hold on to her . Beautiful inside and out . Sar.
