  We had an amazing experience in store today. My daughter was having Prom make up done by Sam. She really put my daughter at ease and helped her with options that I enhanced her rather than covered her. She was so pleasant and really is a credit to your Brand. We would happily come back and and recommend CT and definitely Sam. .

  I had the pleasure of having Makkah do my daughters high-school prom make up. She was ready waiting for us as we arrived 5mins before our booking time and she got right to it! She was professional, patient, an absolute angel! She took the time to help up us achieve the look we were going for and was knowledge with regards to skincare, shade matching and what colours would best compliment my daughters features. I hope I can book her for myself soon! Thanks Charlotte Tilbury your products had my daughter feeling beautiful and receiving compliments all day!

  I’ve visited Charlotte Tilbury so many times, but when I met Taly - I felt like it was my first time! I was feeling down post layoffs and wanted a pick me up and she showed me all the products that fit me perfectly and I feel transformed and brand new!
