  I bought their pressing powder a day before and I had my receipt. The compact was so hard to open that my finger literally bruised and my nail chipped whenever I tried opening the flap. I thought maybe it was due to it being a new product so I did it many times, however no matter how many times I shut and opened, it remained rock hard and hurt my fingers. I returned it the next day to their Covent Garden branch and showed them the issue. The initial sales assistant was very helpful and agreed with me that the compact was in fact really hard to open and was faulty (I also tried the ones on display which opened easily). She then called the manager for an exchange. The manager was extremely rude and completely unprofessional. I told her the issue and showed it to her (my thumb literally bruised when I tried opening it next to her). She then tried to dismiss me saying they can only give a refund as this is a ‘new product’ issue and I will encounter the same problem if they exchanged it when I explicitly made clear I want an exchange and not a refund as I wanted the powder. I insisted and wanted to try another pressing powder, and voila, the compact opened very very easily. I then got my exchange. Beautiful products, quality products, but this kind of customer service ESPECIALLY FROM THEIR STORE MANAGER has left a very bad taste with me. Personally, I will never go to their Covent Garden branch again.

  I booked into a 1:1 masterclass, and had the best experience. Haize was absolutely amazing & incredibly knowledgeable, talking me through each stage & helping me build confidence around makeup. She made me feel incredibly comfortable & we had a lovely chat, I cannot thank her enough. Thank you Haize 💕💕💕

  Went in to enquire about a make-up session. Waited over 10 minutes at the counter where employees just looked at us and walked past us (one guy was dancing and went giggling to his coworker when he saw I could see him), and when a red-haired lady did come to the counter she shut me down and said the manager would be with us in a few minutes as she proceeded to tap away on the laptop, and then when no one appeared, we left. Really weird vibes and immature staff.

  UNREAL SUMMER GLOW-UP Review I had such an amazing experience at the UNREAL SUMMER GLOW-UP! My makeup artist and Beauty Expert, Catherine, was absolutely incredible. 💕 I loved the attention to detail she gave me throughout the beauty consultation and makeover. She was so kind, friendly and considerate, taking her time to make sure I felt comfortable and happy with the final look. Catherine also gave me some amazing beauty tips and advice and recommended products that would work well for me. She was so knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about what she does. I’m honestly so happy that Catherine was the one to give me my beautiful glow-up! She did an amazing job, and I absolutely loved my makeover. Thank you so much, Catherine! ✨💄

  Catherine did my makeup this morning, it was my first time having it done professionally, so naturally felt a bit nervous beforehand! She made me feel so relaxed and at ease, and talked me through the entire process. She did a wonderful job and I’m so happy with how it looks. The staff at Charlotte Tilbury have always been so lovely especially in the Covent Garden branch ☺️
