  We were misinformed that we can buy a bag at the airport and do not need to pay any duty while travelling to the European Union. It turned out that we had to and also pay a fine. Absolutely terrible experience. Don’t listen to anything sales advisors are saying.

  Went into the store looking for something light-coloured and told Bimoon what I had in mind. She brought out several pieces she thought I’d love, and I ended up finding my Lady D-joy in beige. Absolutely perfect. Her service was amazing from start to finish, and she even offered us champagne to celebrate. Highly recommend! Such a great end to the trip! :)

  i had a wonderful experience at this dior outlet & would very much hope to come back again! much thanks to Sydelle, i feel so welcomed and at ease the moment i stepped into the store. she was so lovely and had such good knowledge of the products , i truly appreciated her thorough explanation & had a wonderful conversation with her! it was indeed the best dior experience i've had in my entire life. thankyou lots sydelle!

  Had an amazing experience at the store! My family was travelling through T2 and we had some time to spare so we walked around and came across the new Dior store. I wanted to take opportunity to thank Rubal also know as RJ for his kind and soft approach which helped my family feel welcomed. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Dior and the designs it has created and was happy to show us around the store so we could pick what was right for us. Thanks to Rubal (RJ) we purchased a Dior bag!
