  I visited Dior Terminal 2 very recently. Natalia gave a very warm welcome, she gave me excellent attentive customer care and advice on Dior`s range of products. I shall certainly return there on my next visit using T2 London Heathrow.

He was professional, attentive, and made the entire experience enjoyable and effortless. His thoughtful assistance helped me find the perfect pair of Dior ballet shoes, and I truly appreciated his expertise and kindness. Thank you, Alberto, for making my visit so memorable.   We were misinformed that we can buy a bag at the airport and do not need to pay any duty while travelling to the European Union. It turned out that we had to and also pay a fine. Absolutely terrible experience. Don’t listen to anything sales advisors are saying.

  Had an amazing experience at the store! My family was travelling through T2 and we had some time to spare so we walked around and came across the new Dior store. I wanted to take opportunity to thank Rubal also know as RJ for his kind and soft approach which helped my family feel welcomed. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Dior and the designs it has created and was happy to show us around the store so we could pick what was right for us. Thanks to Rubal (RJ) we purchased a Dior bag!
