I visited this April 24 and noticed that none of the customers were being “assisted” or attended to because all the sales people were gathered chit chatting. Once I arrived one sales lady instantly started watching my every move (still ignoring other customers). I quickly realized I was being racially profiled.
I informed her she should attend to other customers to the same extent she was watching and hovering over me, she started arguing and being very rude and disrespectful towards me and became aggressive. She threatened to call security on me for pointing out how she was racially profiling me! She followed me outside the store and kept yelling and making threats as if I did something wrong to her.
I told her that her manager should be made aware of how she is behaving and she said she was the manager!
This was a very sad and unfortunate experience! I am fully capable of buying any bag in the store and was traveling first class back to the states, but was treated like low class rubbish. Whoever reads this should look at the cameras and witnesses this, April 24 around 15:50.

Went to store to look for a bag for my wife’s 60th. At 18:00 3rd feb 2023. 3 staff were talking to each other. We looked at them. Nothing. Eventually one asked if she could help after we had muttered in raised voices that it would be nice to be acknowledged. At this point I’d had enough and said that maybe acknowledging 2 potential customers in an otherwise totally empty store rather than continuing to talk amongst themselves would be a better approach if they were interested in sales. Their raised eyebrows at being challenged was the final straw and we left.
