  Contrary to some prior reviews, my wife and I had a great shopping experience this evening. The two sales ladies are extremely polite and helpful, showed us many different models of bags. My wife finally bought her favorite one with terrific customer experience . Well done CD !

  My husband took me here today to buy me a bag for my 60th birthday I have never witnessed such appalling customer service. Three staff all talking amongst themselves and no acknowledgement as we walked in the store. My husband had to ask them if they were actually interested in selling anything! Raised eyebrows and glances between the three rude staff was the limit. We left. Shameful

  Went to store to look for a bag for my wife’s 60th. At 18:00 3rd feb 2023. 3 staff were talking to each other. We looked at them. Nothing. Eventually one asked if she could help after we had muttered in raised voices that it would be nice to be acknowledged. At this point I’d had enough and said that maybe acknowledging 2 potential customers in an otherwise totally empty store rather than continuing to talk amongst themselves would be a better approach if they were interested in sales. Their raised eyebrows at being challenged was the final straw and we left.
