  Absolutingly made up with how my make up was done. Even tho I had my make done it still looked so natrual and I will be deffintly going to charlotte tilbury in john lewis to get it done again .the guy jo who done it was amazing Thankyou so much ....Giselle x

  I was delighted with my makeover by Alice. She was very knowledgeable and selected products tailored to my complexion, face shape and colouring. I was also looking for tips on applying my own makeup and I learnt a lot from her which I will do my best to put into practice. Beautiful products too. All in all, a fabulous experience.

  This review is for lily in Charlotte tilbury John lewis liverpool. She was absolutely brilliant, listened to my requests for a night out and gave me exactly what I asked for, made me feel so confident and highlighted all my best features.. She also recommend my best suited products, gave me a sample of a couple of items I was unsure about and generally gave me customer service which creates a customer for life. Thanks lily for being so good at what you do x x

  The service was amazing with everyone being so nice and polite, but the make up was atrocious to the extent by the time I got home the foundation had cracked and clogged up so I had to wash it off and reapply my own normal brand (No7)

  Great experience, the makeup artist (I am sorry I forgot her name) gave me great tips on what I was after and didn't try to sell me anything at the end. Thanks again for your precious help
