  Took my friend for a wedding make up class, staff were polite and brought us a cold glass of prosecco or two. The make up was beautiful and made her feel so special it was an all round gorgeous experience. Thank you to that Charlotte Tilbury ladies.

  I took my daughter for a pre-prom makeup tutorial. Amy was fantastic, she chose products that really worked for her and talked her through every step. I would highly recommend, we were going to buy a product anyway so the half-hour make-over was basically free.

  Jamie was amazing. She listened to my skincare concerns, discussed what id already tried and knew exactly what products I needed. She was not phased at all by the fact I already owned most of the products, and still gave me an amazing experience. I have a genetic condition which damages my collagen production so my skin is very dry and loose, making me feel 74 instead of 44. Jamie listened and responded, knowing exactly how to help. I left feeling a million dollars with a lovely confidence boost and £200 poorer! 🤣 Jamie represents the whole Charlotte Tilbury brand with her positivity and knowledge.

  The overall experience was good and the lady was very nice but I think they had overbooked or were short staffed things were a bit rushed. An error was made and I was given the wrong colour lip product and my daughter is having to make a special trip back to exchange it for the right one. Disappointed
