  One of my favorite shopping places on earth! So clean and spacious and great restaurants and spaces for family and kids. The staff in every store are super helpful. My most recent notable experience was with Georgette who is in Guest services hub! She is amazing! Super helpful and went above and beyond. Thank you Georgette.

  I come here very often and this outlet is great! the location is very good because Ashford International station is less than a 10 minute walk away. this outlet is made for everyone. there are many food options, a range of different shops and most importantly affordable prices! also it is only a 1.5 hour drive from London so it doesn't even take that long to get here!

  Pretty good shopping for the UK, usually our shopping malls are nothing compared to European shopping malls, especially further south in Europe like Spain, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland, Austria etc. But this was surprisingly good, lots of variety. Also not really any fast food there and you have to pay for parking so you don't get the usual gimpy teens and youngsters being feral and just ruining a nice peaceful area in general. Parking was £3 for a few hours, think the first 3 hours are £3, then it probably goes up. Only reason I've given 4 stars is I had to pay for parking on my motorcycle,usually it's free most places. And there weren't any spots available anyway so I parked on the cross hatched markings between a space and the footpath where there was a decent amount of room for my motorcycle. Plenty of those spots around so could easily attract more people there and make motorcycle parking free there.

  Great shopping got a few bargains if you look out for them in amongst the designer shops, coffee shops, toilets are in an area upstairs but there is a lift for getting there easier, sheltered, plenty of parking.

  Very close to M20 motorway, loads of parking and charges for parking are very less. You need to be in early for parking inside the circular shopping area. Lot of big brand outlets, at very cheap prices. Combined with seasonal discounts, you can grab wonderful bargains. Worth a visit for luxury shopping without big budget
