  Sent my girlfriend to get her makeup done there as a treat before a night out. The makeup artist allocated to her had a total of 5 months experience. Did a horrific job. Did not match her skin tone at all. Staff said that there was no time for adjustments because they were closing early to get ready for a staff night out. Absolutely horrific service, and staff truly lacking skill in their craft. Additionally staff spent the whole time gossiping about other clients. Unprofessional.

  Had a great experience at the Charlotte Tilbury shop in Glasgow today. Needed advice on a new foundation shade and Claire was absolutely amazing! She spent time treating my skin and showing me the different makeups and I never felt any pressure to purchase! The products I ended up buying were the ones I loved the most and Claire was an absolute gem - she showed real love of the products while truly allowing me to enjoy the experience before choosing some products! I wish I’d bought them all and will certainly be back for more!

  TJ from H Beauty Silverburn was so lovely in taking care of me yesterday. I was looking for a more glowy makeup routine and she took me through the range of skincare and base products. Everything was gorgeous and so happy with my purchases. Would recommend a wee visit x
