  I had my make up done today by Olivia. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and explained when to use them and how they worked together. My make up looked fresh and modern after being stuck in an 80s rut. I bought four of the products and look forward to using them and buying more in the future. Thank you Olivia .

  I went into the store today and was seen by Elliot at the Charlotte Tilbury counter, he was lush from the start and took the time to match me a perfect foundation ready for a wedding I am going too, He even showed me a bronzer and blush to match. Service was amazing thank you 💖

  I was attending the Welsh Business awards in Cardiff so I wanted a little treat after a very stressful day within the family my husband had a triple heart bypass. Sarah listen to my moaning she automatically lifted me up with her kind positive spirit . I was greeted by the beautiful make up stylist Sarah Mahoney her smile automatically made me feel so at ease. Sarah talked me through what she was going to do within my appointment firstly I had the most refreshing facial and cleansed my whole face I felt so relaxed and my skin felt amazing. She spoke about all the products she was using educating me on my skin tone and texture. Sarah then began to apply my make up for my ceremony and just WOW she did everything that I asked for and more I looked a million dollars everyone passing by paid so many compliments on my skin and make up . I had the most amazing experience whist visiting Charlotte Tilbury make up station and the most amazing experience with Sarah Mahoney I am no longer afraid of make up or skin care . Thank you sarah for looking after me Xx

  I had my make-up done on Saturday (06/06/26) with George for my best friends hen party! And I would just like to say she was absolutely incredible!! Being someone who doesn’t particularly wear make-up or know what I want when ever I have it done, George was brilliant! I loved my final look, how natural it looked for me, it was the perfect finish and I couldn’t have asked for better 😍😍!! Lots of compliments about it too 🥰! I will most certainly be going back for my make-up whenever I am out in Cardiff again!

  I had a fantastic experience at Charlotte Tilbury thanks to Olivia Bartlett. She was incredibly welcoming and instantly put my daughter at ease. Olivia explained every step of the process clearly, making it an enjoyable and relaxing appointment from start to finish. My daughter showed her a photo of the look she wanted, and Olivia matched it beautifully — she wasn’t disappointed at all. The final result made her feel like a million dollars, and the whole experience was truly special. I couldn’t recommend Olivia more highly. I look forward to going again for myself.
