Great if your after designer clothes (not me), great in terms of the parking, toilets, fast food/cafe outlets (though not my style). Other shops are a bit too upmarket and expensive for me. I am more of an outdoor pursuits person. Mountain warehouse and Regatta are not any less expensive than all their shops. No hardware, no supermarkets, toy stores, furniture, pet stores, tech shops etc. as you tend to find on other retail parks. I prefer to shop, stroll around and relax in nearby Chester. Walking further afield from Chester city centre in just about any direction is also good exercise. Did see a nice watch in one of the Cheshire Oaks stores but £1400. I left it.

A pleasant shopping experience with plenty of choice and friendly staff in each outlet.
I would say the sheltered open air and circular layout of the stores are definite advantages over the layout of somewhere like the Trafford Centre, plus the fact there are genuine savings to be made by shopping here, which I honestly hadn't expected.
I expect to return in the future.

Free parking, can make it an all day thing. We had afternoon tickets for Chester zoo ( £10 for the afternoon tix ) and the headed here for early evening shopping. Prices and variety are great 👌🏽
Definitely the place to go if your looking for a bargain,We've been numerous times and come away with a lot more than what we originally planned for,But at the same time,Not having overspent. If its footwear your looking for,And not bothered if its a brand new design,You'll find a lot of choice, from Nike,Adidas,New Balance,And more, You've a great chance of finding something for a very reasonable price.
If your coming by car,Advisable to come early,As parking can become scarce,Especially peak times,Although the parking is managed well by parking attendants.
All in all,A very good place to visit, especially being so close to the motorway network for easy access.

Lovely shopping outlet as part of McArthur Group. This is one of the biggest one around the country with big brands at discount prices.
A lot of parking space with restaurants that suits different sense on taste buds.
Chocolate shops that offer ice cream is cherry on the cake.
Kids and family friendly, where there is a big kids playground by McDonalds.
Staffs are friendly and supportive.
Pets welcome.
There are also enough accessible supports, including ramps and wide enough pathways to make shopping very welcoming to all, inclusive.
