  Well long story short. I used to do my full face makeup 2/3years ago. I stopped around my pregnancy and now iam ready to start again but didn’t know how and what products. The products i used to use i threw away everything. I booked in here and the lovely lady Danny helped me.she understands my needs and explained me throughout the process.i bought primer with spf,liquid foundation and the setting powder. I waited around 2 weeks to complete this review. I wanted to see how the product that i bought will do when i do it my self at home. Iam very much satisfied and happy.

  I had a wedding to attend and booked a hour makeup slot at Charlotte Tilbury Fenwicks. Tiegan did my appointment and she was amazing. She took time to tell me about each product and its benefits before she used them on me and was constantly checking in and making sure I liked the product once on and if I wanted things lighter or heavier. It was so hard to decide what items to buy as I wanted them all! I loved my makeup look and got lots of compliments throughout the day. Thank you Tiegan for making me feel great and I can’t wait to book in again for my next event 🤩🥰

  I came into store for a whole new make up set, well I meet Tiegan she told me she was new ish, well she made the whole experience perfect, she was friendly, professional talked me though the whole thing, never overwhelmed me, she never made me feel under pressure to purchase anything. I purchased a foundation and will 100% be back for more, went out of the store feeling a million dollars. Thank you Tiegan xxx

  Atrocious service on my wedding day. Spoilt my entire day due to the terrible planning from the manager on duty, dreadful customer service, inappropriate upselling, and general rudeness. I would strongly advise people do not use this service on such an important day.
