  Amazing service 👏 I was looking for parts to fix my IWC 2008 watch, came to this lovely establishment and at the front desk was Chun LIU was welcoming me. She was so professional and quick and even offered me something to drink. I only had the picture of the watch and she knew exactly which kind it was and which parts I needed. This is professionalism! Now every time I need something for my IWC time peaces this will be the first place to come and to get the best advice! Everything is clean and organized. Million thanks to the whole team of IWC, keep up with the great service 👍 😀! God bless them all 🙏!

  A nice IWC boutique. I visited several days ago. I was not in the financial position to make a purchase, but the gentlemen who greeted me was happy to show me several pieces. I was interested in seeing a Timezoner in person, and he also brought out the Pilot's Venturer Vertical Drive and Portugieser Chronograph Ceratanium "Phantom" for me to see.

  IWC Schaffhausen Boutique, Geneva – Rue du Rhône A rare example of service as it should be. I visited simply to collect bracelet links for my Pilot Chronograph and was welcomed by name, offered a refreshment without prompting, and attended to with genuine care. Both the sales associate – impeccably mannered and attentive – and the in-house watchmaker, a wonderfully warm, radiant and naturally elegant presence, devoted their time with unhurried professionalism. The work was carried out with precision and quiet pride. One feels less a customer than a welcomed guest. This is Swiss horological culture at its finest – discreet, personal, and deeply respectful of its craft. My sincere thanks to the Geneva team. Adrian Manteuffel
