  Very disappointed with my after-sales experience. I reported cracking and deterioration of the original Hublot strap and provided supporting photographs, yet weeks of follow-up resulted in little meaningful progress. For a luxury watch of this caliber and price range, I expected significantly better customer support and responsiveness. The issue affects a critical part of the strap and raises concerns about the security of the watch on the wrist. Unfortunately, the service experience has not matched the reputation of the brand.
