  Le luxe se mesure rarement à ce qui est exposé en vitrine. Il se révèle plutôt dans la qualité de l'accueil réservé à ceux qui franchissent la porte. Lors de notre visite du 26 août, cette nuance semblait malheureusement avoir échappé à une partie du personnel. Entre regards insistants, sourires entendus et absence totale de prise en charge, nous avons eu le sentiment peu agréable d'être davantage évaluées qu'accueillies. Il a fallu l'intervention du manager pour que nous soyons finalement prises en charge. Quant à l'amabilité qui a suivi, elle paraissait davantage dictée par les circonstances que par une véritable attention au client. Une expérience peu élégante pour une maison dont le raffinement constitue précisément la signature.

  I visited the Geneva branch today with my wife at around 6:30 PM. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was very disappointing. A staff member named Mr. Uweh welcomed my wife warmly and offered to store her shopping bags, while completely ignoring me even though I was standing directly beside her. I was also carrying shopping bags, yet I was treated as if I simply wasn’t there. The situation was uncomfortable and embarrassing, and it was noticeable enough that other members of staff appeared to notice what was happening as well. I chose to remain silent for several minutes because I did not want to spoil my wife’s shopping experience. However, I believe that in a luxury store, every guest should be treated with the same level of respect and courtesy. Luxury is not only about the products or the store — it is also about how you make your customers feel. Unfortunately, this interaction left me feeling unwelcome and significantly affected my experience at the Geneva branch. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the importance of basic professionalism and hospitality with all customers.

  The window displays and interior design are an absolute visual feast! It feels amazing to experience the true elegance of Dior here. This store beautifully showcases the brand's signature quality and style. A must-visit in Geneva!

  Belle expérience ! Mais s’il vous plait .. ne nous suivez pas de partout, c’est vraiment oppressant ! Nous aimons regarder les choses calmement sans avoir constamment une personne à côté. Sinon très bien.
