  Excellent and clean hotel rooms and great customer service. Special thanks to Victor at the front desk for a very easy and fast check-in at the front desk. The shuttle was very helpful for getting a ride to the airport and the driver was very courteous. Definitely recommend to stay at this airport, especially if you’re traveling into or out of the GVA airport. Good fitness center.

  تجربتنا في الفندق كانت رائعة جدًا من جميع النواحي، من النظافة والراحة إلى حسن التعامل والخدمة الراقية. 🤍 وأحب أخص بالشكر الموظفة مريم في الاستقبال، كانت من أجمل الأشخاص اللي قابلناهم خلال رحلتنا. قمة في الأخلاق والذوق والاحترافية، وكانت متعاونة معنا بشكل كبير وساعدتنا في أكثر من موضوع خلال إقامتنا، ودائمًا تستقبلنا بابتسامة واهتمام وتحرص إنها تسهّل علينا أي شيء نحتاجه. بصراحة مريم كانت من الأسباب اللي خلت تجربتنا في الفندق مميزة جدًا وتركت عندنا انطباع جميل عن المكان. شكرًا لها ولجميع طاقم الفندق على حسن الضيافة، وبإذن الله مو آخر زيارة لنا. 🤍✨

  Crowne Plaza Geneva is great hotel overall. Ambience, rooms and location are all favorable however, what truly makes the hotel special are its staff. In particular, I am particularly grateful to Meriem at the front desk, who went out of her way to ensure we had a pleasant and successful trip, including answering all our questions, ensuring a smooth check-in and sharing with us our city passes!

  Nous avons été placé dans cet établissement à la suite d’une annulation de vol, et malgré le nombre de gens qui sont arrivés à l’hôtel en même temps que nous, l’équipe a fait preuve d’un très grand professionnalisme pour nous aider à passer cette difficile nuit ! Merci à l’équipe donc d’avoir ouvert la cuisine plus tard que l’heure prévue pour nous donner à manger. La chambre d’hôtel était très très classe et très propre. Les lits d’un confort incroyable, dommage qu’on a pas pu faire plus de nuit ici :)

  Had a night here due to a cancelled flight. Staff were all excellent, every single interaction positive!! Could have done with more staff on the counter to deal with the large queue. Rooms were comfortable could do with a little modernisation, TV rather old and small and didn’t have functionality or modern TVs or to allow screencast or watch Netflix. Bathroom fine, again clean but shower fittings a little tired. Nice toiletries which was a plus. Breakfast had a great choice, fresh pancakes and omelette to order, again staff attentive, and actually very tasty coffee from the machine. Gym small but clean and all equipment working with water cooler and fresh towels plus a great view of the airport from the 7th floor. All round decent hotel. And one final mention for Vladimir on the bus who was very helpful and informative, assisting with luggage etc.
