  I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The facilities were excellent, the rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to Maryam for her exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and kindness. She was always helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her positive attitude and dedication truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you for such a memorable experience! 😊

  Le véritable atout de l’hôtel est sans conteste son restaurant Le Seventy5, et c'est avant tout grâce à son personnel. Si le menu propose des plats aux saveurs des différentes régions du monde, c'est l'accueil qui fait toute la différence pour nous faire passer un super moment, car nous avons rarement été aussi bien reçus. Un immense merci à Laura, Laetitia et Yves pour leur attention et serviabilité durant notre séjour. Merci et à bientôt !

  Netter direkter Standort am Flughafen. Shuttle zuverlässig - Zimmer top! Der Empfang sollte ein besseres on Boarding enthalten. Geschäftsreisen entwickeln sich beim Check in leider immer als schwierig - Kurtaxe bezahlt? Frühstück bezahlt? Back Office und Front Service haben eine schlechte Connection. Frühstück ist normal für das internationale Klientel.

  Super expérience à l'hôtel, je recommande. Proche de l'aéroport et des transports en commun, il est très bien placé à la fois pour des déplacements pros, et des vacances en famille puisque vous pouvez rejoindre le centre ds Genève très facilement. Mention spéciale à l'équipe du restaurant (Laetitia, Laura et Eolia) qui nous a fait passer un super moment pendant le dîner. Je recommande donc!

  I’ve been staying at IHG hotels for around 15 years now, across more than 30 cities in Europe, so I’ve had the chance to experience a wide range of properties within the brand. At the Crowne Plaza Geneva, I was informed that my room had been upgraded and I can confidently say it was among the top 3 rooms I’ve ever had in an IHG property. First of all, the staff truly stand out for their helpfulness, warmth and professionalism. From the moment you enter the lobby, you’re greeted by a reception area that opens up directly to a glass backdrop overlooking greenery, which creates a very bright and refreshing atmosphere. The subtle scent throughout the lobby also adds to the overall pleasant first impression. The lobby level also features a restaurant and a bar, which I didn’t get the chance to try. As part of my membership benefits, I had access to the Club Lounge where we enjoyed both breakfast and the evening happy hour. In the evenings especially, a very friendly and attentive lady (I guess her name was Samantha) provided excellent service. She was also handling room service which was impressive to see. Our room itself was exceptional. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a light color palette made it feel incredibly spacious and airy. The L-shaped sofa was extremely comfortable and there was also a design detail I had never seen before: The bathroom mirror can be slid aside to reveal a view into the room + outside view—an interesting and unique touch. The blackout blinds are fully motorized and very effective. As mentioned, this was easily a top 3 room experience for me. If I had one constructive note, it would be regarding the Club Lounge. While the staff were excellent, the food selection felt slightly underwhelming compared to the overall hotel standard. The happy hour wines, however, were local and genuinely excellent. A bit more variety in the food selection—especially at breakfast, such as additional cheese options and honey—would elevate the experience further. Also, the egg station machine seemed a bit unreliable; you set the timer for your preferred consistency, but there was no audible alert, so you had to manually keep track and remove the eggs yourself. Lastly, I’d like to thank the Front Office team for being consistently helpful throughout my stay. Special thanks to Victor and Vladimir for the shuttle operations 🙏 Pierre was so kind and welcoming at the restaurant. Overall, a fantastic experience and a property I would gladly return to.
