  Pobyt w tym hotelu był absolutnie fantastyczny! Cały personel był niezwykle przyjazny, profesjonalny i pomocny. Od samego początku czuliśmy się mile widziani, a obsługa dokładała wszelkich starań, aby nasz pobyt był jak najbardziej komfortowy i wyjątkowy. Szczególne podziękowania należą się pani Mariem, która zasługuje na najwyższe uznanie! Jest niezwykle miłą, serdeczną i zaangażowaną osobą, zawsze uśmiechniętą i gotową do pomocy. Jej profesjonalizm, pozytywne nastawienie oraz troska o gości sprawiły, że nasz pobyt stał się jeszcze przyjemniejszy. To właśnie dzięki takim osobom jak pani Mariem hotel wyróżnia się na tle innych i pozostaje w pamięci gości na długo.   Ich wurde sehr herzlich von Meriem empfangen. Sie hat mir zuvorkommend und äusserst sympathisch bei all meinen Fragen geholfen. Das Zimmer hatte alles, was ich mir für meinen kurzen geschäftlichen Aufenthalt wünschen konnte. Sehr praktisch war auch der kostenlose Shuttle-Bus zum Flughafen bzw. zur Palexpo. Empfehlenswert!

  The staff were really kind, friendly, and helpful, especially Rai at check in. Flavien at the bar was also really great to us. We were celebrating a birthday and he made a delicious and beautiful drink for me based on my flavor preferences. He and the other staff also sang Happy Birthday to me and overall made the experience feel very special. The hotel itself is right next to the bus stop and the 10 bus provides quick access to downtown. The breakfast buffet had a selection of healthy and tasty food. The room was quiet and overall comfortable. We did not hear our neighbors or people upstairs at all. I did take off one star due to the bathroom set up. The door to the bathroom is a barn door that has gaps and leaves very little privacy. The shower also has a half glass door that doesn’t provide sufficient enclosure and water ends up all over the bathroom floor. Lastly, the drain gurgled quite loudly every morning around 7:30-8. Aside from the bathroom situation, however, we had a good stay and the staff really helped us have a great experience.

  I would like to share my disappointment with the service I experienced during my visit to your hotel. I brought a customer to the hotel for check-in, and the customer had several pieces of luggage. Unfortunately, no one came to assist with the luggage, so I had to help the customer myself. For a hotel of this standard, I expected a more welcoming and attentive service. The situation was also uncomfortable for my customer, who seemed concerned and disappointed while waiting for assistance. The receptionist did welcome us, which was appreciated, but I believe guests should receive more attention and assistance upon arrival. Overall, I was not satisfied with the experience. Unfortunately, after this experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel in the future. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve the service provided to your guests.

  We had an amazing stay here! The hotel itself is lovely and the hospitality is top-notch, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was Meriem. She was super nice, incredibly helpful, and supported us with everything we needed. She went above and beyond to cater to us and made us feel right at home. We were genuinely so happy with our stay and her exceptional service made all the difference. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone—and a huge thank you to Meriem, you were wonderful!
