  The staff was helpful and friendly, answered all my questions and showed me all the models I asked for. Sadly, as the size is not common, they have to order it from the US. And these days apparently a week for delivery is not enough. Communication in such cases is important and can improve. I had a disappointing experience, hence I won’t be making and purchases from Tiffany&Co any time soon.

  I had received a necklace here as a gift and brought it in to be re sized, once I took a good look at it I saw that it came back with scratches on the pendant that were not there prior. I went to the store and made them aware of The situation and that I wanted a new necklace since they ruined mine in the process of resizing. I spoke with the manager and he assured me that it was be fixed and that it was “getting looked into” 1 month later I don’t hear anything, they completely disregarded the atrocious customer service. For a luxury brand I expect for customer service to be impeccable. I will not be returning here, there are plenty more luxury jewelry brands that actually treat their paying customers with respect.

  I had a wonderful experience at Tiffany! I brought two older silver pieces in for cleaning and they made them look new again. They also were very kind and supplied some very much needed cold water after I had arrived there after a very long walk from my hotel in extreme heat!
