  Cindy was so helpful and amazing. She took all the time to help us on my bf birthday and spoiled us with the best service and experience ! Left Hugo boss because workers were over bearing. Cindy cleared the negativity and brought us joy and we left with exactly what we were looking for !

  Very disappointing experience. I went to the store today because I bought a T-shirt online from Armani, but it didn’t come with any packaging. I wanted to get a bag so I could gift it to someone. When I asked the store manager about it, she was very rude and dismissive. I was honestly surprised by how unprofessional she was. I expected much better customer service from a brand like Armani.

  Irsa was so sweet and helpful! She took her time to help us find a really nice bag and made the whole shopping experience so pleasant. Great customer service and such a kind attitude.
