  Had a pleasant and relaxing night at Dior in yorkdale mall. Cassie Liu (petite Asian female), was super lovely! She took the time to introduce me and my boyfriend what fragrances to get, the cost of each size bottle, served us tea and coffee. And even for the engraving of the bottles she was so kind and sweet and showed us the results on the machine before the final finish. And honestly that's like a top tier 1000000/10 experience. It was my first time buying there too, so the experience was super lovely. I hope you see this Cassy! We loved your experience so much and hope to come back very soon for another purchase! Thank you very much! ♥️♥️♥️♥️

  I was very impressed with Dior’s customer service. I’ve never purchased a luxury handbag in a boutique before—I’ve always shopped online for the convenience. This time, because it was my first Dior bag purchase, I decided to make the drive and visit the boutique in person. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles from the staff. I was paired with Carrie, who was wonderful to work with. She was so classy, knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. She took the time to show me several different options and helped make the experience enjoyable and stress-free. The staff made fun conversation with my 9 year old son as well.:) So he never got bored!! Overall, my experience was extremely positive, and I’m so glad I chose to visit the boutique. Thank you, Carrie, for making my first Dior purchase such a memorable one!
