  I visited this beautifully made store last Monday, 30 June at around 2 PM ……I expected a world-renowned luxury brand like Dior to provide an exceptional customer experience. Sadly, my visit was one of the most uncomfortable and disappointing shopping experiences I have ever had. I want to acknowledge that the lady who answered my questions was polite, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, that positive interaction was overshadowed by the behavior of another employee. The moment my children and I entered the store, a man immediately approached and, through his hand gestures, signaled to other associates to focus their attention on us. We had barely walked in, yet we were made to feel as though we were suspicious or did not belong. The feeling of being watched and judged was humiliating and unacceptable. What made this experience even more upsetting was the impact it had on my children. No family should walk into a store and feel unwelcome because of assumptions made about their appearance or how they are dressed. Luxury should never come at the expense of basic human respect and dignity. I have attempted to address this directly by calling the store several times since last Monday, but no one has answered the phone. Because I have been unable to speak with someone, I am now sharing my experience through this review and will also be contacting Dior’s head office. I strongly encourage management to review the security footage from our visit to see how we were treated. I also want to raise a concern about the communication between the employee and his associates. The language used and the way the interaction occurred made us feel singled out and uncomfortable, and it was not an acceptable way to treat a customer. I do not know the name of the man involved, but his actions were deeply disappointing and do not represent the values a brand like Dior should stand for. Thank you, however, for teaching my children an important lesson—not about luxury, but about humanity. You showed them how people should not be treated and reinforced that judging someone based on their appearance or assumptions is never acceptable. This experience has resulted in the loss of a customer for life. Dior is a brand built on prestige, but true luxury is not only about the products you sell—it is about how you make people feel when they walk through your doors. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect. i’m posting this review a week later as no one seems to answer my calls and now I will be writing my concerns publicly Do better !!!

  This is a review for two specific sales reps: Stella and Neelah. Visiting back in December 2024 from the other side of Canada, I inquired about a hoodie that had just been pulled off the website but was told was at this location. Neelah was more than willing to head into the back to get it and I was able to purchase it and of course was prepared with the utmost care. My last two visits I have had Stella has a sales rep. Stella is very attentive and will answer any questions you may have very quickly. She’s also willing to do anything to help her clients with whatever requests they may have. I’m certainly not the most wealthy client who will ever visit Dior but every time I’ve always been treated with dignity and respect. This Dior is one of my favorite locations because I don’t feel looked down on and am always treated well regardless of my status.

  An exceptional experience every time I visit the Dior Parfums boutique at Yorkdale. Natalie, Vesna and Vanette are all incredibly attentive, welcoming and genuinely passionate about the maison. Their level of hospitality makes the experience feel warm, elegant and personal from the moment you walk in. What impressed me the most is how knowledgeable the team is about the Dior fragrance universe. Every recommendation feels thoughtful and refined, and you can truly feel the storytelling and craftsmanship behind each creation. Luxury today is not only about products, but also about how people make you feel and this team understands that beautifully. Thank you again for such a lovely experience. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

  Spacious and great ambiance of the new Dior Flagship. Almost found everything. Variety of heels and bags. Highly recommended to buy directly from this store. Great collection and vibe.
