  I stepped into this location to look for a saddle bag. Upon entering the associate immediately went on his mic and spoke in another language. Usually I do not think twice about these interactions but my entire time spent in this store my companions and I were FOLLOWED. We were on the first floor and decided to look for shoes upstairs. That’s when the male sales associate spoke in another language on his mic again for his female associate to follow us up stairs. When we were upstairs the women associate would not stop following us everywhere not asking if we need help. Me and my group of 4 separated into 2’s and the woman sales associates was frantically checking between us two groups. When we decided to finally go back downstairs they spoke in their mic again in another language and followed us downstairs. Every other customer was left alone and did not have a single associate follow them. Please beware of this location if you are black or Hispanic.

  My friends and I went shopping today and were followed throughout the whole store. For context, I understand that typically sales people on the floor, usually linger around to make sure the customers are serviced. My friends and I were followed through the front door, the back of the store, upstairs, through out the top floor and followed back down. The two associates were communicating with each other as we were shopping. When I say, they were following us to every single section of the store, without their eyes leaving us for a second. My friend group of four split into twos for a few seconds, and the upstairs associate was exasperating herself trying to go back and forth between us to keep her eyes on us. Very uncomfortable experience

  I rarely write reviews but I want to highlight two individuals at this location, Marco and J. They both are an asset to Dior with their customer service approach. I had some concerns regarding a recent purchase. They approached this matter in the utmost professional way and took their time to explained to me the process. I’ve been to other boutiques, no other SA was as interpersonal as them. They were both so patient that, I want to give them a shoutout publicly! Definitely will come back again~

  Danny is trustworthy, thoughtful, and generous. I feel so comfortable when shopping with him. I live faraway and he makes virtual shopping a breeze. And when I do make it in to the store, the mix of Danny and the gorgeous store aesthetic is like walking on clouds!
