  Among the Dior boutiques in Toronto, this is my favourite because of the customer service. Jake is the kindest and patient assistant and provides the best customer service ever! I highly recommend this place, great experience :)

  Had a really bad experience at this Dior location. I purchased a handbag as an anniversary gift to my wife, Tatyana at this location help me to find a winter collection lady Dior as a gift. I was not double confirmed with the return policy which I thought exchange is available with all stores in Holt Renfrew. And I was mentioned to Tatyana that I may need to change to another one if my wife does not like this. My wife like this bag, but she was worried that it was too hard to protect then the regular ones since the whole bag was fully embroidered with the latte multicolor Dior Constellation motif. So, we bring the bag to Yorkdale and trying to exchange. But I never know that the Exchange Policy is only works for Dior store which brings us very limited options. We must find equal or higher products to exchange in the next 14- 30 days. So, I trying to negotiate with the Bloor Holt Renfrew Dior Store Manager about these matters today. And then I had a very horrible expensive today. One of the sales in the store (not Tatyana) respond with my concerns as If you want to dump the handbag into the garbage then just dump it. We are not responsibility of your fault, and the policy was clear that only exchange for equal or higher products only. What kind of customer service Holt Renfrew Dior provided with the customer? This is the part that make me very angry. At least I don't think an experience luxury sale in Dior should never say something like that to your customer. Even though there are rules there, but customer just looking for a good solution to resolve some special matters. Such a bad store experience which brings me and my family never want go back to Bloor Holt Renfrew Dior shopping again, and I will warn my friends also. Very Very terrible customer service I had at this location. And we will never come back for shopping again. Compare with the store in Yorkdale, the store manager provide a great solution on this matters, my wife satisfied with the exchange to MONTAIGNE Bag in back. I highly recommend people want to shop Dior in Holt Renfrew goes to Yorkdale for Shelly or her manager. Never go to this Bloor Holt Renfrew Dior location.

  I just love Dior dissipate the fact they let Angelababy appear in their ad. She is anything but Dior. Crystal Liu is much more appropriate.
