  I called ahead to ensure the bracelet I was looking for my wedding anniversary was in stock. They assured me it was. After a 1 hour detour to get to the mall to purchase it, they pulled out a bracelet that was different from the one I had inquired about. The associate then proceeded to go through the drawers behind the counter then disappeared in the back to look for it. After about 30 minutes she came back and never really let me know: 1 if they had one 2 if they could order one 3 how long the process could take as my anniversary is a month away Instead, she proceeded to show me bracelets that were completely different and 3-5X the price of the one I wanted and was perfectly willing to buy. Never going back.

  Loved the customer service at this location. Lan Le was great, very attentive and her follow up services were exceptional! Recommend shopping here for exquisite jewelry pieces.

  The quality and customer service from David Yurman is 1 star. I bought 2 - Box Chain Bracelet with Stainless Steel and Sterling Silver, 2.7mm from them ($300 each) and they both broke within the first few months. When they broke, I didn't realize until it was too late and could not find. I explained the situation to customer support (Muhra) and she didn't offer any goodwill or solutions. I will not buy from David Yurman ever again.
