  Do not under any circumstance , shop with the salesperson “Vicky”. She is so disrespectful and rude. She acts like I owed her something. Horrible representation of the brand. She is also extremely loud as well. Terrible shopping experience.

  Avoid this store and the salesperson “VICKY”, she is very rude and disrespectful and does not deserve your business. We had multiple purchases done at this store or online and picked up from this store, and it happened to be her that we met a few times, and she always makes the experience very unpleasant and there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, as soon as you start taking a little bit longer or ask a few more questions she starts raising her voice and changing her tone and acts like she does not have time for you and you need to purchase fast and be out the doors. This shouldn’t be David Yurman’s standards and all the other negative reviews are a proof of poor customer service in this store. Very disappointing, they really need to make some changes here.
