Terrible customer service and rude staff with bad attitudes. Bracelet clasp broke after 3 wears and they blamed us for the damage and said it will cost $200 to fix. Spoke with a condensing tone the entire time.
There is a way to speak to customers and look into problems to see what can be resolved. I suggest investing in this kind of training for your staff in Square One. You just lost a customer.
The quality and customer service from David Yurman is 1 star.
I bought 2 - Box Chain Bracelet with Stainless Steel and Sterling Silver, 2.7mm from them ($300 each) and they both broke within the first few months. When they broke, I didn't realize until it was too late and could not find. I explained the situation to customer support (Muhra) and she didn't offer any goodwill or solutions.
I will not buy from David Yurman ever again.

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. My husband purchased a ring here as a gift for me on our wedding day. It has since lost 2 stones, on two separate occasions, which took them 3 months to replace. My wedding was 8 months ago, meaning 50% of the time, I have not even had this ring in my possession. I asked for a new ring, as a ring of this price should absolutely not be losing stones multiple times within several months. They said no, it is what it is. I am super unimpressed with the staff at this particular location, as well as the overall poor quality of this David Yurman product.
