  Sofia helped us (my sister and I) pick out my other sister’s bday gift. She was so kind and helpful!!! She also showed us some pieces I was interested in! Apparently she had helped my sister the other day too. She is such a good sales associate. Offered us water/juice upon our arrival! Thank you so much, Sofia!

  I’ve been waiting months and can’t get any update . Very difficult to call the store. They don’t call back when they promise to, etc.

  The quality and customer service from David Yurman is 1 star. I bought 2 - Box Chain Bracelet with Stainless Steel and Sterling Silver, 2.7mm from them ($300 each) and they both broke within the first few months. When they broke, I didn't realize until it was too late and could not find. I explained the situation to customer support (Muhra) and she didn't offer any goodwill or solutions. I will not buy from David Yurman ever again.
