  A smooth and pleasant stay with a central location that makes it convenient to get around Vancouver. One thing I’d appreciate is having water dispensers available so guests can refill their own bottles instead of relying on bottled water. It would be a more environmentally friendly option and help reduce waste. The elevators can also take some time to arrive,

  The room and hotel were perfectly fine and exactly what I expected. Unfortunately, I was unable to connect my work laptop to the hotel Wi-Fi during my entire stay. After spending some time trying to resolve the issue, I grew impatient and ended up using my mobile hotspot so I could get my work done. This was disappointing and inconvenient, particularly for a business traveller who relies on dependable internet access.

  We were lucky to get a room with a view. Room was pretty big, but older decorations, bed was big and good. Room cleaning was good and nice, staff and the reception not so much... We are breakfast just once - terrible experience, such fastfood, unhealthy. Incredible that at that price and star level food can be that bad. Nice with some bottles of water in the room

  We hebben al veel Holiday Inn's bezocht en tot nu toe vonden we het al altijd heel prettige ervaringen. Deze keer waren we echter wel teleurgesteld. We hadden een Queen kamer. De kamer was niet al te groot, maar wel verzorgd. Echter het bed was maar 1,40m breed, terwijl we normaalgezien bij een Queen bed 1,60m zouden verwachten. De 2de nacht konden we mits toeslag verhuizen naar een kamer met 2 aparte bedden, dat slaapt toch iets prettiger.

  We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Vancouver-Centre Broadway! The room was spotless and very comfortable. A special thank you to Lorraine for doing such an amazing job keeping our room incredibly clean you are truly hardworking, and the hotel is lucky to have you! A big thank you also to Edward and all the front desk staff. Whether it was morning, evening, or late at night, everyone was friendly, helpful, and knew how to take great care of their guests. The location is excellent too, with many restaurants within walking distance and Granville Island nearby. Even when the hotel was busy, the staff made sure everyone was well taken care of. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again! ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
