  Das Zimmer war sauber, und gut ausgestattet (z. B. wurden Wasserflaschen jeden Tag nachgelegt). Einzig der Teppichboden hatte ein paar Flecke und der Getränke- bzw. Snackautomat vor der Zimmertür war leider ziemlich laut. Ansonsten habe ich nichts auszusetzen: Schöne Aussicht, Personal freundlich, Restaurant vorhanden und die Metro in die Innenstadt bzw. zum Flughafen ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Schönes Hotel!

  Die Dame an der Rezeption war total unfreundlich, ungeduldig und hat einen genervten Eindruck gemacht. Auf dem Bett haben wir mehrere Haare gefunden. Das Innere des Hotels sieht alt aus. Alter Teppichboden und braune Wände in 70er Jahre Optik. Eine Sanierung wäre hier dringend notwendig. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut (15 min von Downtown)

  Ok hotel. Check in service was really let down by one individual who was as helpful as a wet paper bag. Eye contact zero. Mumbled responses. Welcoming as a hornet trapped under a glass on a hot day. Recognizing it is a challenge to find staff, but Jeesh.

  Marie is the best housekeeper! ⭐️ She is always so friendly and kind, works incredibly hard, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. She’s always willing to work overtime when needed and truly puts in the extra effort. She deserves all the recognition—thank you, Marie! ❤️

  I had an amazing trip and a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Vancouver Broadway! One of the highlights of my stay was the amazing service I received from my server ‘Derek’ at Stages Bistro Lounge. I had eaten there every day for either breakfast, lunch or dinner (the food was amazing with a wonderful menu) and when Derek was on shift and I had him as my server, the warmth and energy he brought to my experience of the meals I had and time in the Bistro while eating very enjoyable and unforgettable. A big shout out to Derek for making my medical appt stay not just durable but also enjoyable! The housekeeping staff were also wonderful and spot on! Fast and efficient in their work! They almost worked on stealth mode. As soon as I left the room to go eat breakfast that went in, did their job and cleaned up my room so wonderfully and quickly that it was done by the time I returned…about 45 min or less later. Amazing! The room was always clean, The view was incredible, and the staff were fantastic from the check-in all the way to the housekeeping. I was happy to see that they had a laundromat. I used it and it was seamlessly easy and fast. The location is really wonderful because it is conveniently close to Vancouver General Hospital and the BC Cancer Clinic(less than 3 minute walk) as well very close to the ocean, making a very scenic walking experience. My stay was more than enjoyable! It was an unforgettable experience ❤️
