  While Tiffany has a well known and high end reputation, the issue is trying to feel comfortable in their store without feeling judged or pressured to buy. We went in to look at engagement rings and immediately had service, once it looked like we were a bit more serious, we were offered water. They gave us a copy of their hardcover diamond book to take home which was nice too. Overall, not a bad experience. The rating of 3 stars is due to the constant messaging after we left the store which can be taken as overly aggressive and trying to push a sale. It’s a turn off. Additionally, when you’re in the store, you just feel like there’s all eyes on you and you can’t look necessarily on your own and as a result it takes the fun out of looking at engagement rings.

  When you think of Tiffany & Co., quality already comes to mind. The customer experience was even above my expectations. The staff were very professional and attentive, and they gave me the opportunity to look at the products without rushing me at all. It’s a wonderful place for anyone looking for a gift for special occasions.

  Why isn't the store location number not in the address and why do I need an appointment just to come in to "potentially" buy an item?

  It is disappointing to have a big company mislead their customers. My daughter received a gift from her aunt. Her aunt, before she purchased the gift asked and made sure the adjustments made to the jewelry were no charge. The sales person said we never charge for alterations. True. Because 2 years ago for my other daughter you did not. The sales lady was very rude about this. And insisted that we be charged. Inconsistent employees. I wish my sister-in -aw met the one from Thursday night. She would definitely never shop there again. So terribly disappointed.
