  The quality and customer service from David Yurman is 1 star. I bought 2 - Box Chain Bracelet with Stainless Steel and Sterling Silver, 2.7mm from them ($300 each) and they both broke within the first few months. When they broke, I didn't realize until it was too late and could not find. I explained the situation to customer support (Muhra) and she didn't offer any goodwill or solutions. I will not buy from David Yurman ever again.

  The staff was super friendly and helpful. I love the selection and experience while shopping. I did not feel rushed whatsoever. I really appreciate the packaging, there is such care and thought put into it. The free cleaning for David Yurman pieces is a plus too! (a good excuse to visit and browse)
