  We had a room this past weekend that had roaches crawling around the bathroom, and into our food items. we ended up leaving the same night we checked in. and when we attempted to get a refund, they basically told us it couldnt happen. seems like from the reviews theyve had multiple bug problems and it doesn’t ever really get solved.

  Clean rooms and friendly staff, in my opinion bed was a little firm but that's just me. Breakfast was nice. We thought it was quiet with being right on the parkway. And close to everything we wanted to do. Would stay again.

  Good fun hotel to stay at. The only thing they should update the Coffee in the rooms to Coffee pods.

  Great place to stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great staff. Our only issue was the indoor pool deck we had to cross to the elevator was soaking wet as well as the elevator. The atrium where the indoor pool and hot tub were exceptionally hot and reeked of chlorine. The outdoor pool and hot tub were fabulous. It is not worth paying for a pool view.

  We stay here from the 26-29 and we had trouble when we checked in they charged my aunt twice and my dad as well didn’t give my uncle a handicap room it was so hard for him to get to the second floor while in a walker never again we will stay here and the guy kept telling my aunt that they would refund the money still have not just so aggravating
