  We were staying at this Best Western Plaza Inn in Pigeon Forge, and I've got to say I wasn't impressed. It really looked like an old motel that had been repainted and some laminate flooring was put in. They seemed to have kept the same beds. These beds were hard, and it was hard to sleep on them. We found bugs in our room, and the AC didn't work too well.Our sink had trouble going down All in all it was not the greatest place you could stay at. I don't recommend it. They had a okay breakfastp everyday, It was biscuits with sausage and gravy and waffles and eggs. The pools were okay when we were there, there wasn't too many people in the pool. They did come in and change the sheets everyday. The sheets felt wet for some reason or moist. The people working there seem friendly enough. Our television went out and didn't come back on, something to do with the Wi-Fi, they said. The only good part was being close to Dollywood and Dollywood Splash Country, which is where we went. Other than that, we really didn't like it.

  We enjoyed our stay and our room was ok. Pools were nice. Moderately clean place to stay. But the staff and front desk were the rudest people I've ever dealt with. From trying to book the room over the phone...they kept hanging up on me....to checking in and checking out. Rude,snotty and hateful. It would be an okay place to stay. Except for the staff.

  Didn't stay here, was riding the motorcycle and a bad storm blew up on us, we du ked in to their covered entrance area to sit out the initial part of the storm. They invited us in, the wind was blowing the rain hard. The staff was nice and friendly. We stayed for about 15 minutes, said thank you and went on our way. Definitely has good service and the people care. I would definitely give this place a thought to stay when down here. If the rooms are anything like the front desk staff

  This is my second time at the hotel, and I have absolutely no complaints. Everything was clean, and the staff were very attentive and friendly—always with a smile! Yessica was especially helpful and provided excellent service. I love it; It's my favorite hotel. The breakfast was standard—no complaints there—and everything was always clean. The restaurant and pool restrooms were spotless, and everywhere I walked, things were very clean. See you next year for our next family vacation, God willing."

  From the elevator breaking and asking them to be able to accommodate my mom since she has trouble walking the stairs since we were on the 5th they said they couldn't told us they can give her money back so we found her a room at quality inn up the road they had a way better hot tub and pool area then this place !! The other problem told staff the outside hot tub wasn't hot she said it was cause if the kids jumping in and out of the pool!! If she look up my past reservations she would of seen I been here every year multiple seasons so the excuse she gave was bullshit she said she have someone look at it obviously she didn't cause my aunt went the next day she had the same complaint it was cold!! I noticed the management went down hill since last year!!! I really don't recommend this place !!!
