My friends and I experienced the absolute worst customer service at this store. We got asked if we wanted help and we politely said no. I was looking at the size of a slip dress and immediately got yelled at by one of the sales associates. She told us again if we wanted help to just let her know and to not touch anything because we would “ruin the silk” or “stretch it out”. She said this in a very rude tone that my other friend and I immediately left the store because we did not feel welcome. My third friend stayed because she was truly was looking for something to buy. When we left her there, she asked the same saleswoman if they had a bra in her size. The saleswoman proceeded to explain that they didn’t carry her size and that her size would be in a juvenile line. She continued to explain that once we woman pass the age of 13, we “grow more into our figure”. After being embarrassed, my friends left the store and told us what happened. My friends and I are in our 20’s and are not children. This is an extremely disappointing experience and we have never seen this bad of customer service. You guys should really look into that.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at Intimissimi. I went to the store to return/exchange products within the stated 30-day return window. The store manager refused to process the return or exchange, stating that the items were final sale. I explained that I was not aware of this policy and that there was no indication on my receipt that the items were final sale. She acknowledged this, but still refused the return/exchange without providing any further explanation or clarification. What was even more disappointing was how the situation was handled. When I asked for her name and the name of her manager, she refused to provide either. I also asked if she could contact her manager, and she refused to do so. Regardless of the store's return policy, I expected basic professionalism, transparency, and courtesy from a store manager. The lack of explanation and refusal to provide any means of escalation made the experience particularly frustrating. I hope Intimissimi reviews how this situation was handled and provides better guidance to its store managers on communicating policies and handling customer concerns professionally.

The garter belts they carry are completely fully nonfunctional and I truly hope whoever invented them has a moist and warm pillow every time they lay down to sleep. Do not buy under any circumstances

This has been the worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced. I needed a size that they did not carry in store so the sales associate encouraged me to order with them in store. However, she failed to mention that to do a return later I would need to have a physical receipt present and she had me pay for my order behind the cashier’s table where I could not see the return policy. Every single store now a days can process a return by scanning the shipping label, looking up the associated email, looking up the order number or using the credit card that was used to pay. How is it that a brand like this can’t seem to figure it out? On top of that there is absolutely no customer service available. There’s no phone number, no agents ever available on their chat and no one responds to the emails. It’s incredibly frustrating that I can’t start the return online or go in store for help. This company is an absolute scam. I am disappointed in the way they treat their customers and I will never shop here again.
