  The staff member at the branch was unprofessional in his approach and did not provide the level of service expected from a well-known brand. When I asked about the fragrances, I expected assistance and product recommendations. As is common in fragrance stores, I would have expected the employee to spray and present the fragrances for me to try. Instead, I was simply told to help myself. This was particularly disappointing given that I purchased a fragrance from the store. Customer service should reflect the reputation of the brand, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of those expectations.

  We had a wonderful experience at Celine and ultimately purchased Celine parade perfume . Sumi took care of us from start to finish. she was so patient and was not pushy at all. Ultimately, it was a wonderful experience and we won't hesitate to return or recommend this location and brand over and over again.

  Customer service was immaculate, I was greeted when stepping into the store and as I knew exactly what I was buying: Celine NightClubbing EAU DE PARFUM …(It’s amazing). I then was asked if I would like a glass of champagne while purchasing and was able to look around while my purchase was being gift wrapped. I appreciated the hospitality and convo. Happy holidays once again.
