  Leslie was AMAZING. She was so helpful and was patient when I decided to pivot last minute on a bag. I got some great pieces and couldn’t be happier. Everyone in the store was kind and friendly. Thank you!

  Called to see about a bag that wasn’t available online. It wasn’t available here either but Tavo looked up other stores (non outlet) to see if it was available nearby. Rather than have me on hold, he offered to text me. He not only found it for me, he helped me set up a profile, get it ordered, and have shipped directly to my house. All by text message which is super convenient. Thank you so much Tavo!

  I called this store asking for a sales associate to work with since my store in Chicago closed. Tavo answered the phone. Horrible customer service. Took him from may 20 to may 31st (over 10days) and still don’t have time to ring up my order. He gave me excuse after excuse about being super busy etc. this was the worst customer service I’ve had in years!!!!
