We had an amazing experience at Van Cleef & Arpels from the moment I walked into the store. I purchased a bracelet for my wife, and the entire process was first class. Gabby was excellent throughout the purchase experience, very professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming.
When I returned to pick up the bracelet, Jessica provided outstanding service with the adjustments and also helped us select a matching ring. Jessica was incredibly helpful, patient, and made the experience even more special for my wife and me.
I am almost certain that the poor ratings given by other individuals below was due to the fact that they didn’t have an appointment. If you’re going to explore this kind of luxury, do your research. Showing up without an appointment even for something as simple as service is frowned upon. If this makes you upset then Van Cleef is not the store for you. I bought my pieces in Milan and scheduled an appointment with Jessica for service. She’s a 10/10. Highly recommend.
Came here for the first time to have my necklace chain extended. My sweet husband surprised me with this beautiful piece for my birthday and I needed a couple inches added. The boutique is absolutely stunning. All the personnel were so polite and professional. Patrick assisted me with my needs with the utmost care, took time to show me all their pieces on display, and even elaborated on the history of the company along with the inspiration for different styles of jewelry. Patrick was so personable and kind. What I thought would be a simple drop off and go, turned out to be a very informative and luxurious experience. I was incredibly well cared for and will absolutely be back for future purchases.

I recently was in the market for the Blue Aggat bracelet from Van Cleef. After being told multiple times from client services over the phone the wait would be 3-4 months my hopes were lost. I went into the location and spoke with Madison who was absolutely phenomenal. RayMark who I normally work with was out that day and I absolutely love working with him, but Madison was quick to assure me she could help me for him. I wanted to see what my current bracelet would look like next to the blue aggat and luckily they had a different piece that I was able to hold next to my current bracelet to see the look. I fell in love. Madison was quick to tell me she would put me on their waitlist and if one came in she would let me know. On my vacation I received a call the second it came in, I was ecstatic. I ended up purchasing the piece and I have to say Madison’s follow up, attentiveness, attention to detail, care for my experience, and all together her personality were the driving factors in me having my fiancé go and get it for me while I was out of town. Madison is an excellent member of the team and should definitely be looked at for future opportunities to grow within Van Cleef. Additionally, RayMark sold me my first piece some time back and has given me a strong appreciation for the brand, what it stands for, and I’m now a proud customer for life.
