  我是这品牌多年的客户，虽然是这家local的固定客人。但是没想到一家如此高档的奢侈品店的服务和管理我是多年来第一次遇到的这么差的对待的店，让我觉得很生气的是，居然预约了还要我等，那预约有何意义呢？我被告知接待我的那位销售居然在预约好的时间还在午餐，居然让我等了20分钟，这销售才出现。在之前，我有跟前台的人员说我不要等，前台人员说可以换经理接待，然而经理也没出现，真的是有史以来在奢侈品店从来没有过的及其差的体验。

  Rose gold wedding band which leads to severe allergies. Not sure if it’s because of the ring’s material or so.

  We had an amazing experience at Van Cleef & Arpels from the moment I walked into the store. I purchased a bracelet for my wife, and the entire process was first class. Gabby was excellent throughout the purchase experience, very professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. When I returned to pick up the bracelet, Jessica provided outstanding service with the adjustments and also helped us select a matching ring. Jessica was incredibly helpful, patient, and made the experience even more special for my wife and me.

  I am almost certain that the poor ratings given by other individuals below was due to the fact that they didn’t have an appointment. If you’re going to explore this kind of luxury, do your research. Showing up without an appointment even for something as simple as service is frowned upon. If this makes you upset then Van Cleef is not the store for you. I bought my pieces in Milan and scheduled an appointment with Jessica for service. She’s a 10/10. Highly recommend.
