  Would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service for a return and argumentative SAs who lie straight to your face. Never coming back.

  I live in Atlanta and needed a pair of shoes from this store. I worked with Mia and she was so prompt and friendly! I received my shoes the next day and they are perfect! Thank you for your assistance and for making the process so seamless Mia!

  We entered the Valentino store in Highland Park excited to try things on and find something to purchase. The gentleman who appeared to be in charge (Michael?) could not have been less welcoming or friendly. We were interested in several dresses but two were not in the right size (he did not offer to check to see if another size could be located) and we were unsure of the fit of another. We would have welcomed his opinion on the fit of the dress and would have liked to know if alterations were an option but he chose not to speak to us or offer assistance. And the store was not busy. We stopped to look at some handbags but after the way we were treated we just left the store. I’d like to add that we were nicely dressed but it shouldn’t really matter; you can’t judge people and how much they might wish to spend on just their clothes. But the attitude of the salesman was so horrible it completely soured us on Valentino. So we went down the street to the Fendi boutique, were treated like royalty, found beautiful pieces, and spent five figures on wonderful clothes and shoes. The staff at Valentino could (and should) take some lessons.
