Mari was absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly professional, attentive, and truly takes responsibility for making sure her clients have the best experience possible. I’m a very picky person, so I really appreciate her patience, attention to detail, and thoughtful service. She made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Thank you so much, Mari, for taking such great care of me. Balenciaga is very lucky to have someone as dedicated and professional as you!

Victoria was super helpful while helping me pick some merchandise on several occasions! Workers like her will be the reason I come back to this specific store in the future. Love the staff and the brand.
