  I visited Armani Exchange on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, and unfortunately experienced very rude and disrespectful customer service. I have shopped at this location many times before and never had an issue... I only looked at four items and asked simple questions about sizing, but the young female employee and young Hispanic male employee were irritated dismissive and unwilling to help! At checkout, I asked the female employee why she was treating me this way, and she simply said, “I can’t do anything for you,” turned away, and walked toward the back:) This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I hope Armani Exchange management takes customer feedback seriously and pays more attention to employee selection, training, and basic customer service….

  I had a very disappointing experience at an Armani Exchange store. I came in to return an online order, but the manager immediately told me that in-store returns for online purchases are not possible and that everything must be done through the website. He didn’t ask any questions, didn’t check anything, and clearly showed no interest in helping. For reference, this was a manager with long hair and a heavier build. I believe his name is BO, based on what I was told over the phone. After leaving, I called the same store and was told that online returns CAN actually be processed in-store. This means I was given incorrect information and was simply turned away without any real effort to assist. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position. Customers should not have to deal with misinformation or be dismissed like this. Very disappointing experience.
