I had such a wonderful experience at Tiffany & Co. yesterday! Laurel was our salesperson, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I first met her a few weeks ago, and she was just as friendly, professional, and fun this time around.
She made my whole family feel so comfortable, even offering drinks to my kids and making the experience feel extra special and welcoming. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and loves what she does.
I’m so happy with my purchase and already looking forward to going back for more beautiful pieces in the future. Thank you again, Laurel, for making this such a memorable experience!
When I purchased my silver jewelry from Tiffany’s I was told I was going to be getting cleaning services with that jewelry. Tiffany’s abruptly canceled that service recently without any warning to their customers. I company that lies to customers and goes back on their word does not deserve to have any business.

This Tiffany store has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered at a Tiffany store!
I went there to get my ring cleaned, and they told me I had to wait a month. Like??
When usually my Tiffany ring gets cleaned up right away in other Tiffany stores! It’s ridiculous! They basically kicked me out.

The tiffanys in the domain has the worse customer service.i went to pick up a bracelet i ordered and waited for over a hour. They had the security guard doing the waiting list and he didn't have a clue what he was doing. It was complete chaos. He was just skipping customers line crazy. He didn't use a list or anything. I'll never recommend anyone going to this store until they fix this. Complete fail tiffanys.
