Regardless of where you purchase your jewelry, from a designer or a box store, you deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. When I walked into the Tiffany & Co in Philadelphia yesterday, 4 of the 5 employees probably would have done a great job, as they have in the past, unfortunately however, this time I was intercepted by, who I am going to guess, was the manager. He interrupted me as I was speaking to an employee, about my new necklace. He seemed annoyed that I was asking about the authenticity of my piece. He flat out said that he could not say whether or not it was a Tiffany & Co design, and in fact, no one could. When I mentioned that it was stamped Tiffany, he said that does not make any difference. He said that in his 11 years with Tiffany he never saw my particular design.
I had the distinct impression that the other employees where mildly uncomfortable. He could not have been ruder if he had opened the door and requested that I leave.
I like Tiffany, I have had good experiences in the Philadelphia location, but this guy brings down the Tiffany name and reputation in irreparable ways. Someone from Tiffany & Co might want to give him a few lessons on manners. Please! and Thank You.

I have mixed feelings about that store. The female sales representative was nice, professional and she helped me a lot with resizing the bracelet. On the other hand, when I was picking up my order, the male sales person does not even offered me to try the bracelet on, see how it fits. That is the first time I see it like that in the jewellery store.The whole impression is spoiled .

We asked to order a piece for the birthday celebration. Promised to deliver and then were very sorry because did not make it. No brand - no service. No service - no brand. It used to be “The Brand” that stayed behind its value. Now this value is way behind its name recognition. I guess the corporation does not train and or treat their teammates that they care.
Cool beautiful store. Staff was cool
Also Sterling silver is not on display but they will bring it out for you
Great service, kind staff. Went in to get my wife’s ring resized and Danielle was incredible/ attentive. Will be back. Walnut’s crown jewel
