  I had such a beautiful experience at Van Cleef & Arpels thanks to Nancy. From the moment we walked in, she treated my mom and me with so much kindness, warmth, and professionalism. She made us feel genuinely welcomed and took her time helping us with patience and care, never making us feel rushed. Nancy was incredibly sweet and attentive throughout the entire visit. What touched us the most was how thoughtful she was with my mom — she even gave her a lovely flower, which made the experience feel so personal and special. That small gesture meant a lot and truly showed how much she cares about her clients. The boutique itself was elegant and beautiful, but Nancy’s exceptional service made the experience unforgettable. She was knowledgeable, professional, and had such a warm energy that made us feel comfortable the entire time. Luxury shopping can sometimes feel intimidating, but she made it feel welcoming and memorable instead. Thank you, Nancy, for making our visit so meaningful and special. We left with such happy memories and cannot wait to come back again. Truly one of the sweetest and most professional experiences we’ve ever had.

  Nancy is the absolute best! She has been patiently and lovingly helping me curate my VCA collection. She makes me feel right at home at the boutique as we browse and try on the different gorgeous creations Van Cleef is so known for. Even my daughters and husband are all VCA enthusiasts now because of her. I will continue to visit Nancy at the VCA Bellagio for my jewelry pieces! - Mae & Ned

  Definitely go see Asma at this location! She absolutely spoiled me and I got to take home exactly what I wanted! She is so kind and attentive and let me have all the time I needed. She made me feel like there was no rush, no expectation and I will definitely be back to see her! Best Van Cleef & Arpels in Vegas!

  Just left the Bellagio and it is clear they did not believe I was able to afford to be in the store and thought possibly if they treated my family and I less then and were disgustingly condescending; it would be possible I would purchase something to prove them wrong. Also, I don't name names in a negative review because I am not a retaliatory person and frankly I do care about the human condition and would not want to affect someone's livelihood or ironically be too quick to judge. However I will never buy the blue 🔵 earrings I had my heart set on today for my birthday (even from the lovely, warm, professional and amazing people over at the Caesars location - Carmen to be precise - see I will name names when it is positive). All that said, disgusted. Do better!
