    I purchased an item from this location and needed to have it shipped to my home, and have been trying to recieve my item for over a month at this point. They told me because my item was altered that I cannot receive a refund despite the super long delay in arrival of my item. They did not reach out to fix the issue until I complained numerous times to both the sales associate and corporate. They are the ones who input the wrong delivery address initially and that is why this whole situation has been disastrous. I will note, they have given me a partial refund (for the alteration) but I had to request the reimbursement, and in my opinion that is bad customer service from a "high end" company, but prior to me asking for reimbursement, all I got was "we are sorry for this inconvenience". I usually only ever leave good reviews for stores, but this whole situation is ridiculous. I bought the item for an event that has now passed, and I am doubtful to ever buy from tiffany again as a result of this experience. I no longer believe I will enjoy wearing the item because this situation has me so frustrated and has wasted so much of my time. Do not shop here unless you plan to walk out with your item in hand, and dont expect them to answer the phone either.. even corporate has trouble getting ahold of them. I will update upon recieving the item to show how long this actually takes 🙄

    I don’t typically take the time to write reviews for anything or anyone. But when someone goes above and beyond, I can’t help myself. Today, my neighbor and I went shopping for her birthday, and Laura Moore took the time to assist us. It was a pleasure from start to finish. Boutiques are often known for their lack of customer service - especially at The Shops at Crystal. However, Laura was friendly, warm, and more knowledgeable than anyone I’ve met in the jewelry business. Not only did this experience change my view of the ever-present attitude you encounter at Crystals, but it also made me want to shop exclusively with Tiffany. I will definitely be back, and I will ask for Laura Moore. Keep her at all cost!

    Pedro S. y el gerente así como su equipo en general, súper profesionales, la calidad de atención de todos de un nivel superior me toco comprar una pieza difícil que teníamos en mente y lo lograron just in time, acostumbro comprar en la Suc. De Glendale Ca. Pero esta locación me sorprendió aun mas. El gerente me entrego mi compra y envolvió la caja con el moño clásico de Tiffany con una perfección digna de un set de película simplemente perfecto. Nos vemos lo antes posible. Regreso pronto. Agradezco sus finísimas atenciones.

    This store is a double edged sword. Most of the staff are super friendly and incredibly helpful. They got a piece for me overnighted, which I greatly appreciate. However, I noticed during the hours I spent in the store, there are NO managers on the floor EVER. I've shopped at Tiffany stores all over the country, and this never seems to be the case. Even at Bellagio and Forum shops, managers are walking around, taking to customers, making sure everything is going well. At this particular store, I noticed sales people CONSTANTLY having to go to the back to talk to managers. Being a regional VP of a Fortune 500 myself, I can tell you it's disappointing, and I'm not sure how Tiffany & Co. allows that behavior.
