Came in tonight with my girlfriend to buy her a bag for Valentine’s Day and we ultimately decided not to purchase the bag here because of the poor customer service. The two women working, one blonde one brunette seemed to be very judgmental and gossipy whispered something about my girlfriend and it made us feel very uncomfortable. She wrapped her sunglasses purchase very poorly, it looked like a kindergartener did it and we had to ask her to rewrap it. Typically sales associates will ask if you’d like a water, not once did they offer. With their attitude and lack of professionalism, they should be working at a lower scale store because they are not representing Saint Laurent very well. We have never experienced this at any other designer store. When we left the blonde associate gave my girlfriend a very dirty look. It was the last time we will be at this location.

Wow they need to hire some new Sales Associates at this location. I came here on 2/13/26 at 9:30pm and Madison in particular was not very pleasant to work with. The day prior Ashlin was easy to work with and wrapped my purchases very nicely, and helped me out a lot. However tonight Madison whispered something to a blonde co worker as she walked away from me and the co worker gave me a really dirty look and it got really quiet. I decided not to go through with the other purchase of the purse because of her poor attitude. She wrapped my sunglasses very poorly the tissue wasn’t even folded it was just stuffed in the box very sloppily and bulky there was no sticker on it and it looked like it came from Homegoods. I had to request her to rewrap it TWICE. I prefer Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, and Dior customer service 1000000x over this Saint Laurent location. I will spend my money elsewhere. The Saint Laurent at the Wynn has way better customer service and employees.

Very disappointing experience at the YSL store in Las Vegas. Despite there being almost seven employees on the floor, no one offered assistance or showed me any bags. I was clearly interested in purchasing and fully intended to buy a purse, but due to the complete lack of customer service, I decided not to. For a luxury brand, this level of indifference is unacceptable. I left without making a purchase and with no desire to return. YSL seriously needs to improve staff engagement and customer service.
Just went to this store today to purchase two bags. The male associate had bad service and was not helpful. Acted like he had no information of bags and didn’t know shipping times, etc. I refuse to purchase anything there. I went to Crystals shops at Aria and had outstanding service there.

We came in yesterday morning, as we are in Vegas for the first time. One of the associates figured it was appropriate to pull the “rope” for the door entrance, until we left. She had to take down this rope to let us and another guest out, which was humiliating. Not to mention, she also followed us around the entire store basically on our backs, without saying a word to us. We actually were planning on buying something as a gift for a family member, but decided after that interaction, it wasn’t worth it. Absolutely humiliating, especially coming from an associate who looked to be maybe in her 20’s.
Spend your money elsewhere, this place is a joke.
