    Ayer fui a medio día porque quiero una bolsa nueva y si voy a gastar en un bolso tan costoso quiero que sea de excelente calidad, no para que me dure una semana. Contando mi experiencia, me atiendo una muchacha asiática y cuando le dije de tal bolsa que me gustaba pero la calidad de esa bolsa no iba conmigo porque no cuido mucho, me contestó que si me voy a andar preocupando por eso que mejor ni comprara nada y que no crea que no me di cuenta que volteando a ver a otro empleado torció los ojos, o sea, que trato es ese, he ido a muchas Saint laurent y he comprado en Los Ángeles, en París, en Madrid y jamás he tenido esa atención tan fea, he entrado a tiendas en Nueva York, en Barcelona, en Roma, Amsterdam y otros lugares solamente a preguntar y la atención mis respetos, pero acá no sé, creo que no volvería. También pregunté por mi cartera que acabo de comprar y ellos haciendo ver que era mi culpa por usarla en el pantalón y yo de jamás me la he puesto en el pantalón y aparte la tengo adentro de su bolsita para que no se dañe, con esto me quedó claro que mejor mi bolsa la compro en Cristian Dior, donde recibí mejor atención. Gracias a Dios tengo mi negocio y me va bien, pero así fuera un homeless, no me tendrían que dar ese trato, lo siento mucho y deberían de revisar sus cámaras

    I was at the Wynn YSL location Sunday 14th of September, I love the YSL brand and have been to many locations. I was at the YSL location in Beverly Hills that weekend and I bought some heels when I came back home to Vegas. I realize that the heels were a half size too small. I went to the Wynn location to exchange them where I was greeted with the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a luxury store. A oriental young male was standing there when I walked in, he was did not speak a single word to me. I was the one who walked up to him and had to speak the first word. I explained the situation that I wanted to exchange my shoes for a bigger size he immediately open the bag, and accused me that the shoes had been worn, and that he had to speak to his manager he went to get his manager. The manager walked up to me in a very aggressive manner, and told me that there was nothing she could do for me, and again accuse me of having worn the shoes. I explain to them that the only time that I ever wore the shoes was when I tried them on in the store and that I thought they had fit good but once I got home, they were just a little bit small and that I just wanted a have size up to just have a little more room. They were both extremely dismissive and rude, and did not have any intention of helping me. I spoke to the Beverly Hills manager over the phone where I purchased the shoes. She apologize for the inconvenience and told me that she could send me a label to ship them and go about the exchange in that form, but that just seems like a lot to do. I went to the location at the forum shops where I was treated completely different. As soon as I walked in the associate greeted me, asked me how I was doing and how she could help me. They looked at the shoes, and without any question they told me what size I needed, and that they would be happy to help me with the exchange, overall I left the wynn YSL location very disappointed. I love the wynn and love to shop and eat there. I can’t believe that such an expensive brand, has associates working for them that are extremely rude! dismissive and just overall not nice. I left very disappointed with the YSL wynn associates I can’t believe that a brand that I love so much has workers that treat their customers like that. I’m don’t usually leave reviews but my experience was so bad that I had to share.

    I was helped by Carsons Leitchen. (I’m so sorry if I spelled this wrong!) not only did he help us with any questions about the products, but he had an excellent conversation with us. He went out of his way to write down recommendations for food both on and off the strip. Carson needs a massive raise for how amazing he is.
